NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Credit cards and checks are accepted ONLY through PayPal. We also accept money orders and cash.

USA Shipping and Handling Fees: We ship priority mail. The cost is $5.79. We do not insure your package because insuring has proven to be cost prohibitive.

International Shipping and Handling Fees: We ship Airmail Letter Post. Email us with your address for exact shipping costs. We can combine shipping for the software and paper refills depending on amount ordered. We do not insure your package because insuring has proven to be cost prohibitive. We will email you a copy of USPS Form 3817, Certificate of Mailing. With the provision of Form 3817, our legal responsibility for your package ends. We have not had an international package lost. However, if your package is lost or stolen en route, we cannot be responsible for its replacement. If you want your package insured, please email us for additional cost.

Refund Policy: Refunds issued only for good cause situations on a case by case basis upon request
