QUESTION: How do I get help with the program?

Answer: One of the greatest benefits of purchasing our software is our members’ forum for all customers. This is a bulletin board forum where you may review the questions and answers already posted, post a new question and have it answered within 24 hours, including step by step instructions if needed, and direct email access to the author of the software. Additionally, if you want to make a custom wrapper, you can upload it to the site and get answers for any problems you are having and the way to make any changes.

QUESTION: Where do I get the candy bars, mints, paper, etc. to use with the program?

Answer: Information on where to purchase supplies is furnished to our customers after purchase. We do not furnish this information before purchase as we have found several of the other candy wrapper software being sold do not have customer support, and those people have been writing to us for assistance.   

QUESTION:  Do I need special, expensive paper for the wrappers?

Answer:  No.  You can use any kind of paper you want.

QUESTION: I have a broadband (DSL or cable modem) connection but live in the UK. Will there be a problem emailing the download to me?

Answer: Absolutely not. We sell worldwide either by download only or either of the CD's.  After purchase, you will be assigned your own Unique ID and Password that will be emailed to you in just a few hours after purchase but always within 24 hours. The download is then accessible to you from the Internet.

QUESTION: What is the difference between the three different prices of the software?

Answer: The "Basic download only" software is exactly that -- for download only. You must have a broadband connection to download. The Basic download and CD software is for the download if you wish, plus you will receive the Basic program on CD (free shipping worldwide).  The PRO version has download and CD with free shipping.  This version includes everything in the Basic version, plus you will have the ability to (1) Save in .jpg, .png or .bmp so you can email your customers a preview of your wrapper or use the images on your website.  (2) Built in Viewer so you can view all of the designs as thumbnails. (3) Crop any aspect of your design in Heart, Square, Circle or Oval Shapes.  (4) Match your colors with our Catch a color tool built right in.  (5) Lighten or Darken your images within the program.

QUESTION: What is the shipping cost of the CD?

Answer: Shipping is free worldwide.

QUESTION: Will this program support other graphics, photos, clipart and my logo?

Answer: Yes. You may import all of these.

QUESTION: Is this a stand-alone program or do I have to download a bunch of other files to make it work?

Answer: Our program is a stand-alone program. There is no other program needed other than your Windows software.

QUESTION: Is it possible to customize the candy bar settings to fit chocolate bars in the UK? I've purchased this sort of software before but it wasn't compatible to our bars.

Answer: Yes. All of our templates can be customized in any way you wish including the size.

QUESTION: Does this program include templates for mint matchbooks, candy bags, etc. or do I have to buy those separately?

Answer: Our program includes hundreds of templates for the regular candy bar, foil candy bars, mini bars, mint matchbooks and Play Doh party packs.. You will find templates to download in the forum for many other uses including: Money Envelopes, Soup Cans, the New Smores Bars by Hershey©, 4oz Wedding Bubbles, Lifesavers©, Stick Gum Wrappers, 7 oz Hershey© Bars, Tea Bags, Seed Packets, Bookmarks, Money Envelopes, Nestle© Fun Size, Kit Kat© Snack Size, Popcorn Bags, Bag Toppers, Trident© Gum, Breathsavers, Cigars, Soap, Wine bottles and Candles and more are being added all the time. QUESTION: What type of printer do I need?

Answer: Any color printer will work just fine.

QUESTION: Do your graphics include Disney?

Answer: Cartoon characters, such as those by Disney, are copyrighted and not included in our software. However, if you are going to use the graphic only for personal use (such as your child's birthday party) and not for resale, you will not be violating copyright law if you use it. Help is available If you need assistance on how to copy graphics you find on the internet.

QUESTION: I work from three computers: work, home & laptop. Will I be able to download to all three systems?
