Order Confirmation and Shipping Information

Free Shipping USA CUSTOMERS ONLY:  If you purchase Bumper Sticker or Trading Card Software plus refill paper in the same purchase order, shipping for the paper is FREE

Free Shipping International Customers:   If you purchase Bumper Sticker or Trading Card Software plus refill paper in the same purchase order, shipping for 6 or 12 sheets of paper is FREE

USA Order Confirmation:  All orders are confirmed by email.  PLEASE add our email address to your allowed list in your email program.  Do not assume email is not blocked without checking your controls.  If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, your email provider's spam controls are blocking email from sharigab@hmwd.com   

Problem providers to date have been:  AOL, att, attbi, atti, charter, cox, cs.com, earthlink, hotmail, jazzvalley, MSN, netzero, nc.rr, people.pc, sbcglobal, se.amedd.army.mil,  siginet, swbell, sympatico, verizon, yahoo, and many private email accounts.

Accepted Payment Methods:  NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  Credit cards and checks are accepted ONLY through PayPal.  We also accept money orders and cashier's checks.

USA Shipping Fees:  We ship software priority mail.  All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2 business days of payment.  We do not insure your package because insuring has proven to be cost prohibitive.  We use USPS tracking.

International Order Confirmation, Shipping and Fees:   All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2 business days of payment.  We will send you a confirmation email with a copy of the customs form showing proof of shipping attached.  Please be sure you have added our email address of sharigab@hmwd.com  to your allowed email list and also accept email attachments.  Priority International packages cannot be tracked, and we cannot replace the package if lost in the mail.  You will receive the US Postal Service Customs Declaration number in your confirmation email.  If it is not received, please contact your local customs office.  If you prefer another shipping method that will track your shipment, please contact us for the cost.


To substantially decrease international shipping fees, most software is removed from the box for international shipments.  If you do NOT want it removed from the sealed box, please email us before payment.  We will send you a PayPal invoice for the "unopened box" software and increased shipping fees.
