Order Confirmation, Download, and Shipping Information

You MUST have a broadband connection (i.e. DSL, CABLE, etc) to use the Download only version.  If you have a dial-up connection, you MUST order one of the CD Versions.  PLEASE, PLEASE believe us so your access to the software is not delayed by trying to download with a dial-up connection and then ordering the CD later.

Order Confirmation, Download, and Shipping Information:  An order confirmation email, with your User ID and Password, and access to the support forum, are emailed to you after we receive payment and your information is entered into our database. Generally in just a few hours but always within 48 hours. 

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT:  PLEASE add our email address of sharigab@hmwd.com to your allowed list in your email program.   

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, your email provider's spam controls are blocking email from sharigab@hmwd.com  Do not assume our email address is not blocked without checking your controls. 

If you ordered the CD, it will be shipped within 48 hours (business days) after we receive you payment.  Please allow 21 days for delivery of the CD.  If you do not received it in 21 days, please email us so we can send a replacement for lost in the mail.  We cannot send a replacement until 21 days has expired since your payment.

Problem email providers to date that block email from many sellers are:  AOL, att, attbi, atti, charter, cox, cs.com, earthlink, hotmail, jazzvalley, MSN, netzero, nc.rr, people.pc, sbcglobal, se.amedd.army.mil,  siginet, swbell, sympatico, verizon, yahoo, and many private email accounts.

Accepted Payment Methods:  NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  Credit cards and checks are accepted ONLY through PayPal.  We also accept money orders and cashier's checks.  USA Funds only.
